Heard on I.A. No. 01/2018, application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 04 days in filing restoration application is condoned.

Also Heard on application for restoration of FA No. 491 of 2017 which was dismissed on 10.07.2018 for want of prosecution. 4.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application and as notice was not issued to respondents in the said FA No. 491 of 2017, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of FA No. 491 of 2017. 5.

Accordingly, MCC No. 727 of 2018 is allowed. FA No. 491 of 2017 is restored to its original number.

A copy of this order be placed in the original file of FA No. 491 of 2017.
