1. As per office note, notice issued to prosecutrix/ victim/ complainant has been served upon complainant, but prosecutrix/victim/complainant is not present before this Court either in person or through authorized representative.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
