(3) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.217/2014 registered at Police Station Bhatapara (Gramin), District Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(4) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 20.01.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 223/2015. (5) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
