1. The petitioner has filed this contempt case for noncompliance of the order dated 04.10.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (C) No.1760 of 2017.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length and after going through the records, I do not consider it a fit case for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, the

petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure C-3) in accordance with law. Sd/- (Sanjay K.Agrawal) Judge B/-
