1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is in respect of the granting of annual increment from 2020 which according to the petitioner should had been granted to him from the date he had immediately obtained the diploma and intimation of which was given to the respondents promptly. The representation which was made on 21.10.2020 which till date has not been decided.

2. Accordingly the respondent No.2 under whom the petitioner is discharging his duties is directed to immediately process the claim of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision on the representation within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
