Since the aforesaid two bail applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order. 2.
These are second bail applications under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.126 of 2014, registered at Police Station-Malkharouda, District-Janjgir-

3.
After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and nature & gravity of the offence, also considering the fact that the trial is on advanced stage and eighteen prosecution witnesses have already been examined, I do not find any ground to entertain these first bail application and second bail application. Consequently, both the applications are rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.
