This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.375/2019, registered at Police Station-Kusmunda, District-Korba (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506-B, 147, 148, 149, 427, 307 and 302 of the IPC.

First bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 26.8.2020 and second bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn on 11.6.2021.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and after going through the records, I do not find any change in circumstance warranting grant of bail to the applicant.
