Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 13.09.2018 The claim of the petitioner is for grant of promotion. 2.

From the record though it appears that the petitioner has superannuated from service, he has been wrongly denied his promotion to the post of Principal Grade-II. The petitioner has already made repeated representations to the authority concerned but till date the respondents have not decided the representations of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to take a decision on the representations of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider whether the petitioner was entitled for promotion on an earlier occasion while he was in service and after scrutiny of the records pass a suitable order on the representation of the petitioner. Let this exercise be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
