The limited relief that the petitioner in the present writ petition has sought for is for a direction to the respondent No. 2 for deciding an application under Section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code pending before the respondent No. 2. 2.

The State counsel does not oppose the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the application under Section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code at the earliest within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
