1. Challenge in this petition is to order of termination dated 10.12.2018 (Annexure P/1).
2. Perusal of record would show that the petitioner has preferred an appeal to the respondent No.2.
3. At this juncture, the counsel for the respondents No.1&2 submits that it needs verification whether the appeal of the petitioner infact has been received by the respondent No.2 and whether it is still pending consideration or not.
4. Considering the facts that the petitioner submits that appeal has been made and copy of which has been brought on record, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 is directed to verify receipt of the said appeal in the office of Registrar General, High
Court of Chhattisgarh and if it is till date not decided and is pending consideration, the same be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
