2. The applicant has filed this application for restoration of Cr.M.P. which was dismissed by this court vide order dated 06-04-2016 for want of prosecution.

3. On due consideration of the reasons assigned in the application supported by affidavit of the learned counsel for the applicant, I am satisfied that the applicant has established sufficient cause for non-appearance of the counsel for the appellant on 06-04-2016.
