1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.282/2020, registered at Police Station Katghora, District- Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 363 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. The applicant committed forcibly sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix aged less than eighteen years on promise to marry. Thereafter, he refused to marry.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
