Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 06/09/2018 The only grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition is that though offence has been registered against private respondents, investigation has not been completed till date and the authorities are not taking proper interest towards completion of investigation.

Once FIR is registered, investigation is required to be completed within a reasonable time. The police authorities are expected to complete the investigation

expeditiously and submit appropriate report under Section 173 CrPC before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
