The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 03.07.2020 in connection with Crime No. 93/2020 registered at Police Station - Narayanpur, District Narayanpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 450, 294, 323, 506, 307, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.
