The instant two transfer petitions are being disposed of by the following common order since the issue involved therein are common.

After going through the entire transfer petitions and hearing Learned Counsel appearing for the parties, I am clearly of the view that no ground is made out for transfer of the cases sought for. Only vague allegations of bias have been made without any basis whatsoever. 3.
