1. This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14A (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 20.12.2019 passed by the Special Judge, (SC/ST Act), Ramanujganj, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) in Special Sessions Case (Atrocities) No. 46/2019, refusing to allow his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant is in jail since 13.12.2019 in connection with Crime No. 41/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 of IPC; Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3 (2) (v) (a) & 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.).

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate bench.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
