1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail as he is in jail since 6-10-2020 in connection with Crime No. 174 of 2020 registered at Police Station Pusour, District Raigarh (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B and 306 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the same at appropriate stage.

3. Permission is granted.

4. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
