This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on 31.3.2020 in connection with Crime No.36/2020 registered at Police Station Basantpur, Distt. Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

First bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 14.9.2020 with liberty to repeat the bail application after examination of material prosecution witnesses.
