1. Heard on I.A.No. 1 of 2017, which is application filed under Section 320(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for permission to compromise the offence.
2. Accused appellant Dhannu @ Shiva Prasad is present in Court along with Mr. Guru Prasad Kurre, Advocate.
3. Complainant Dharmendra is in person who is identified by Shri G.P. Kurre, counsel for the appellant.
4. On query being made by the State counsel from the complainant Dharmendra who is present in Court and identified by counsel for the appellant, complainant submits that he has to run his family and he wants to settle the case outside the court. He would further submit that he has sworn the affidavit which bears his signature.
5. Considering the statement made by the complainant before this Court and further considering the fact that the offence punishable under Section 325 of the IPC is compoundable, the application for compromise the offence is allowed.
6. Accordigly, the applicant is discharged and he is acquitted of the charge framed against him under Section 325 of the IPC.
7. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision stands disposed of.
