Challenge in this petition is to the Annexure P-1 dated 17/11/2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was Chairman of Zila Panchayat, Jagdalpur in between the period from 2015 to 2019. At that time she was alloted a quarter E-4 at Lal Bagh, Jagdalpur. After she has demitted the office a notice Annexure P-1 has been served on 17/11/2020 whereby it is stated that the illegal construction which is made on E-4 this requires to be demolished. Learned counsel submits that in the guise of this notice the respondents would demolish the construction of his father which is out side E-4. 3.

I failed to understand what is the cause of action to file this petition if the petitioner has already vacated the house E-4 then the notice for demolition dated 17/11/2020 would not affect her as she has stated that

she is not in possession, therefore no cause of action arises to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
