1. Prosecutrix along with her father is virtually present from 'Help Desk' of the District Legal Services Authority, Kondagaon. She has no objection in grant of bail to applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the same after examination of prosecutrix before the trial Court.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
