On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 30 days in filing the petition is condoned. Also heard on application for leave to appeal. Perused the record and statement of PW-1 wherein number of the vehicle has been stated and also perused the statement of PW-6 who intercepted the vehicle while it was running away. Considering the same, leave to appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to register the case as Acquittal Appeal. List this case after two weeks for admission about the maintainability of the acquittal appeal.
