It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the land belonging to the petitioner was acquired by the State for construction of road in the year 2019. Subsequent to that neither any compensation has been determined in favour of the petitioner nor any compensation has been paid. The petitioner has moved an application, before the S.D.O. (Revenue)-cum-Competent Authority on 08.01.2019 and similar

application has been given to the Collector-respondent No.7 on the same date, which has not been given any consideration till date. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that appropriate order be passed. 3.

After considering on the submissions, this petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.6 and 7 are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner pending for consideration within a time limit of three months from the date of this order. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
