She, however, prays that as the applicant is a Government employee, the Court below may be directed to consider his regular bail application on the same date. Prayer of the counsel for the applicant is considered and allowed. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, the applicant surrenders and move application for grant of regular bail, considering that the applicant is an employee of Forest Department, the same may be considered by the Court below, if possible, on the same date.
