1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 20.09.2020 in connection with Crime No. 627/2020 registered in Police Station- Supela, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 307, 201 & 120B of IPC.
2. Allegation against the present applicant is that he alongwith co-accused namely Majid Khan entered the shop of complainant and on account of previous enmity, the applicant abused the complainant filthily showing fake pistol and assaulted him by some pointed article.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the crime in question. He submits that the applicant is in jail since 20.09.2020, charge-sheet has been filed and conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time, therefore, the applicant be released on bail.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in particular the fact that the complainant sustained three injuries on different parts of his body which were simple in nature, that the complainant appeared before the trial Court in person and stated on affidavit that he has no objection to grant of bail to the applicant, the applicant is in jail since 20.09.2020, charge-sheet has already been filed and conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the application is allowed.

It is directed that in the event of applicant executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court, he shall be released on bail. The applicant is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to him by the said Court, till disposal of the trial.
7. Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the concerned police station forthwith. If the applicant is reported to have involved himself in any offence of similar nature, this order granting bail to the applicant shall automatically stand cancelled without further reference to this Court.
