The limited prayer which the petitioner has made in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider his claim for regularization in accordance with circular of the State Govt. dated 05.03.2008. 2.

The said prayer is not opposed.

Accordingly, it is directed that the respondents shall consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization taking into consideration the circular of the State Govt. in this regard dated 05.03.2008 and pass a suitable order in accordance with rules.

Needless to mention that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case so far as entitlement of the petitioner for regularization is concerned. The respondents would be free to take a decision purely in accordance with rules governing the filed.
