(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 302/2014 registered at Police Station Sarangarh, District Raigarh for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 & 6 of POSCO Act and Sections 67 A,B, of I.T. Act.
(2) Applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by order dated 15.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6531/2014.
(3) Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
