Mr. Dinesh Verma is present before this Court on behalf of the complainant through counsel. He stated that he has strong objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

After arguing for sometime, Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a repeat application, in case, any such occasion arises in future.

With the aforesaid liberty, this M.Cr.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
