By the order impugned dated 13.8.2015, the Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, in M.J.C.No.102/2015 has enhanced monthly maintenance of the non-applicant from Rs.1000/- to Rs.2000/- per month.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant and taking into consideration the price index, needs of the non-applicant for food, clothing and medical need, Rs.2000/- per month as maintenance cannot be said to be on higher side warranting any interference in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.

Consequently, the revision being without substance is liable to and is accordingly dismissed.
