1. This petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed for correction of the name of the petitioner / accused as Manjay Yadav.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner / accused is Manjay Yadav, whereas it has been incorrectly recorded as Sanjay Yadav.

3. Learned State counsel also after verification, submits that name of the petitioner / accused is Manjay Yadav.

4. In the order dated 2-9-2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.4534/2015, name of the accused be read as Manjay Yadav. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
