1. When the matter is called for hearing, none present for the applicant. No representation is made.

2. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.82/2014, registered at Police Station Narayanpur, Distt. Narayanpur, for the offence punishable under Section 363, 366, 376 read with Section 34 of the IPC; Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012; and Section 3 (1) (xii) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail.

4. Learned State counsel submits that trial has already concluded and the bail application has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
