2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed a representation on the basis of circular issued by State Government dated 11.9.2019 No. F407/Seven-1/2019. A representation was filed on 17.8.2021. About two months are over since the representation was

WPC No. 4230 of 2021 filed as there is a specific instruction in the circular dated 11.9.2019 that any such application for allotment has to be disposed of within a period of two months which has not been disposed of, therefore, prayer has been made for issuance of specific direction.

3. Learned State counsel would pray for issuance of appropriate order.

4. After hearing submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed off at motion stage. The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the application filed by the petitioner dated 17.8.2021 at the earliest and decide the same in accordance with provisions of law, rules, regulations, instructions or circular whatever may be in force and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from this day.
