This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.136/2015, registered at Excise Circle/Police Station Excise Circle Seepat, Civil and Revenue District Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 34(1)(A), 34(2) and 59(A) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file bail application after disposal of criminal case relating to excise offence.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
