Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was awarded jail sentence of 15 days and Rs.69,500/- was directed to be paid to the complainant as compensation and in default thereof to undergo three months simple imprisonment which the applicant has already suffered i.e. 15 days and 3 months of jail sentence. Therefore, he submits that the revision has become infructuous. 3.

Applicant is also present in person and he submits that he has suffered jail sentence of 15 days and 3 months consecutively and he do not want to press this revision.

In view of the statement made, revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
