2. This petition has been brought before this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the Revenue Case

No.1A-68/2019-20 (Annexure P/1 & P/2).

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondents 4 to 6 have made illegal encroachment upon the Government land, regarding which, a complaint was filed by the petitioner before the Tehisldar in the year 2016, on which, a demarcation proceeding was conducted by the Patwari, who has given a report dated 16.10.2019 against the private respondents. Respondent No.3 Tehsildar has taken notice of this report and initiated proceeding which is registered as Revenue Case No.1A-68/2019-20 since 1.11.2019. The case remained pending since then without any progress, therefore, the petitioner again made a complaint on 13.7.2020 before the Collector, District Kabirdham, which is unanswered so far, therefore, prayer is made for issuance of appropriate direction.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that appropriate order may be passed.

5. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the documents present in the record of this petition, it is disposed off at motion stage. Respondent No.3 is directed to take up the proceedings in the case mentioned herein-above and dispose off the same within a period of 3 months.

6. The petition is finally disposed off.
