Heard.

This Cr.M.P. has been preferred for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 466/2010 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 19/08/2015.

After going through the application which is supported by an affidavit, in my opinion, reasonable grounds are made out for restoration.

Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is allowed.

The order dated 19/08/2015 is recalled.

Consequently, Cr.M.P. No. 466/2010 is restored to its original number.
