1. The grievance of the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not deciding the claim application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment said to be moved by the petitioner on the death of his father who died in harness on 26.04.2012.

2. The counsel for respondents No.2,5 and 6 submits that infact there is no proof either in the pleadings or in the documents enclosed along with the writ petition to show the submission of the application by the petitioner seeking for compassionate appointment and whether that application is still pending before the authorities concerned.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture

-2stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2,5 and 6 to consider and decide the application of the petitioner, if any, already filed by the petitioner and which has till date not been decided, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to produce sufficient proof to the respondents No.2,5 and 6 to show submission of his application before the respondent authorities and which is pending.
