This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.293/2015, registered at Police Station Gudhiyari, District Raipur (CG) for the offence under Sections 376 (2)(Dha) of IPC and 4, 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The applicant allegedly committed repeated forceful sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix, who is less than 18 years of age, on promise to marry with her.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
