Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the defaults occurred in the filing of the present Contempt Petition have already been removed by him. 2.

The matter is taken up for hearing today. Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the directions given by this Court have since been complied with though at a belated stage.

Given the fact that the order has been complied with though at a belated stage, this Court is of the opinion that as of now no contempt is made out. If at all, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent decision taken by the Respondents, he would at be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding.
