1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.131/2015 {Criminal Case No.529/2015 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Gharghoda}, registered at Police Station Lailunga, Distt. Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6, 10 of the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 and 11 of the Pashu Krurata Adhiniyam.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail. First bail application has been rejected on merits by order dated 6-7-2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.3086/2015.

3. After rejection of first bail application on merits, I do not find any change in the circumstances for grant of bail to the applicant. Consequently, the second bail application is also rejected.
