Learned counsel for the applicants submits that both the parties have entered into compromise and decided to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent according to the terms and conditions of the compromise, therefore, in view of the above, the applicants want to withdraw the instant criminal revision.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, prayer for withdrawal of the revision is allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the revision petition. 4.

Accordingly, the instant revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
