Heard on the application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is second bail application before this Court filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail. Earlier his prayer made in MCRC No.3809 of 2018 for grant of regular bail was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 04-07-2018. The applicant has been arrested on 15-03-2018 in connection with Crime No.76/2018 registered at P.S. - Sirgitti, District - Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 307, 456, 34 of the IPC. 2.

The first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant has been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 04-07-2018. This application has been filed only after three months on the ground that the trial is getting delayed, hence, the second bail application cannot be entertained within a short interval. Hence, after due consideration, this application is rejected without considering on merits.
