The counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation, which the petitioner has made to the respondents and for which the respondents are in the process of taking a final decision. 2.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, let the respondents No. 3 to 5 take an appropriate decision on the representation, which the petitioner has made at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.3 to 5, so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
