2. Collector Balrampur-Ramanujganj, District-Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh.
3. Chief Executive Officer Zila Panchayat, Balrampur, District-BalrampurRamanujganj, Chhattisgarh. ---- Respondents Shri Sanjay Pathak, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. Astha Shukla, Panel Lawyer for the State. 10/09/2018 The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 23.08.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.5458 of 2018. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an employee working at District Balrampur, Ramanujganj. However, inadvertently while filing the writ petition, the address of the respondents No.2&3 has been shown as that of Ambikapur, Distt. Surguja, and therefore prays that the order be suitably modified.
The prayer is not opposed.
Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. At the same time, the petitioner is also directed to ensure that necessary corrections are made in the original WPS No.5458 of 2018, decided on 23.08.2018, in the light of the order passed by this court in this MCC. Let necessary corrections be carried out during the course of day.
Unless the necessary corrections are made out in the original WPS No.5458 of 2018, the petitioner would not be entitled for certified copy of this MCC.
The MCC stands allowed. The address of the respondent No.2 would be Collector, Balrampur, Ramanujganj instead of Collector, Ambikapur, Surguja. Likewise, the address of respondent No.3 would be Chief
Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Balrampur, Ramanujgan, instead of Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Ambikapur, Surguja. Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No.5458 of 2018. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
