1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 13.11.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Bhilai to Bagdabri.

2. On a query being put to the counsel for the petitioner so far as distance between the two place of posting, he fairly concedes that it is just around

15 Km. He also concedes to the fact that services of the petitioner is transferable service.

3. Taking into consideration the distance between the two place of posting and the fact that it is transferable service, this Court does not find any strong case made out by for interference in exercising the Writ jurisdiction by this Court.

4. Reluctance of this Court in entertaining the writ petition would not preclude the respondents in entertaining the representation if any made by the petitioner so far as order of transfer and the inconvenience that petitioner may have on account of execution of the transfer order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
