2. The present MCC is filed for the modification of the order dated 18.07.2019

passed in WPC No.2347 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that on 18.07.2019 when the order was passed in WPC No.2347 of 2019, he was present before the Court and he has argued the matter on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4 but inadvertently his name has not appeared in the said order. Therefore, he prays that his name may be mentioned in the order dated 18.07.2019 in WPC No.2347 of 2019 on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4.

4. Learned State counsel has not opposed the same.

5. In view of the above, it is directed that the name of Shri V.R. Tiwari, Advocate be mentioned in the order dated 18.07.2019 passed in WPC No.2347 of 2019 on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4.
