This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.249/2014, registered at Police Station Gharghoda, District-Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 186, 353, 427, 435, 436 and 506B of the IPC.

After dismissal of first bail application on merits, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, second bail application is rejected. However, considering the fact that the trial is on advanced stage, the trial Court is directed to expedite
the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
