With the consent of learned Counsels for the parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage itself.

The defaults pointed out by the Registry of this Court in the instant case as of now stand ignored.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that more than three months have elapsed since when the Petitioner has been placed under suspension vide order dated 27.8.2020. He further submits that the Petitioner has approached the respondent authorities by way of a representation and the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide her case in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India & Anr., 2015 (7) SCC 291.

The limited prayer of the Petitioner for deciding her representation is not opposed by learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondents to consider and decide the representation of the Petitioner on its own merits, taking into consideration the charges levelled against her and also whether it would be in the interest of establishment in continuing with the Petitioner under suspension. Let a decision in this regard be taken within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
