This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.32/2013, registered at Police Station-Ajak, Korba, District-Korba (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the IPC and Section 3 (1) (4) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. 2.

After dismissal of two bail applications on merits, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application. Consequently, third bail application is rejected.
