1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.199/2015, registered at Police Station Kawardha, Distt. Kabirdham, for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw with liberty move before the Court of Sessions again after filing of challan.

3. The prayer is fair and reasonable. Counsel for the applicants is permitted to withdraw the application with aforesaid liberty.
